OF PUBLIC-INTEREST AND DOKUMENTARY PROGRAMS

“KŘIŠŤÁLOVÉ SRDCE – FUZZY CZ a.s.”

The festival has the role of an international competitive show of public-interest and documentary programs with the topic ”The Men Today”. The festival was first organized in 1987 by the former Czechoslovak Television. The tradition was renewed in 1995 on the basis of cooperation between the Czech Television and TV Premiéra and it was decided that the festival should take place every three years. This year a contract was concluded with the corporation FUZZY CZ a.s. with the term of at least five years providing that the festival would be an annual event.

We have a chance to witness the beginning of a new tradition of an international festival focusing on the modern media production including Internet.

The main categories are the following:

	- Public-interest programs Focusing on interpersonal relations with the topic: ”Men Acting as Human Beings” and ”Men Acting as Savage Animals”
	- Documentary programs ”The Unbelievable Reality”“Neuvěřitelné skutečnosti”
	- ”Křišťálové srdíčko” (The Little Crystal Heart) Public-interest programs produced by children 8 to 15 years of age with the topic: ”How Do I See the Adults”
