The festival presents the competition of publicity and documentary
works intented on ecology and communication technologies. The roots
of the festival reach back to the year 1987, when Czechoslovak TV
organised it for the first time.

In 1995 the festival was renewed by Czech TV and Premiera TV
with the intent it will take place each third year. But this year
FUZZY CZ, JSC signed the contract, which had guaranteed the
festival for each year in between next five years.

It could start a new tradition of valuable actions with international
participation. The intent on modern ways of medial works
(inclusive of INTERNET) is giving to the festival another dimension.

The competition has three cathegories:

	- publicity programmes with the intent on ecology
	- documentary programmes information and communication technologies
	- publicity programmes made by children between 8 - 15 years
